Double boiler, a little Valrhona!  Oo-la-la!&lt;br/&gt;I like Le Select in Paris cause they bring you that little carafe full!</description>

		<description>That looks gorgeous! I got a recipe similar to that from doing tachiyomi at a depa-to years ago in Aichi-ken--it uses kabocha and you lop the top off, stuff it with meatloaf and bake it, and it was yummy! I like the sound of sausage and goat cheese better, though.</description>
