		<description>Just had to say thanks for the recipe.  Bought an amber squash at the farmer&#039;s market, searched for a recipe and yours looked promising, though I did need to sub out the goat cheese as I cannot stand the taste.  So glad I tried it, it was delicious!  I love the stuffing so much I&#039;m already thinking of other things to stuff it into, I think it would make an old shoe taste great! ;-)</description>

Double boiler, a little Valrhona!  Oo-la-la!&lt;br/&gt;I like Le Select in Paris cause they bring you that little carafe full!</description>

		<description>That looks gorgeous! I got a recipe similar to that from doing tachiyomi at a depa-to years ago in Aichi-ken--it uses kabocha and you lop the top off, stuff it with meatloaf and bake it, and it was yummy! I like the sound of sausage and goat cheese better, though.</description>
