They are addictively deliciious. I relish the pickled turnips that come as a garnish and was looking at several recipes for these lovely pink pickles when I found yours. I was laughing when I saw that they were related to O'Falafel- right here in good old "Small Lake City" as we call it. Everything we've tried there has been fabulous.
