Life is just a funny old thing ;) We LOVE the food a O'Falafel in fact we go over there about once a week to get (at least ) a cheese pocket. They are addictively deliciious. I relish the pickled turnips that come as a garnish and was looking at several recipes for these lovely pink pickles when I found yours. I was laughing when I saw that they were related to O'Falafel- right here in good old "Small Lake City" as we call it. Everything we've tried there has been fabulous. Thanks for the recipe- I am so looking forward to them.

Oh, Falafels! One of my favorite things in the whole world. Living in New York, I have been to several great falafel restaurants and on valentines day, one of my favorite restaurants, had heart-shaped falafels.

Great post! And lovely photos!
