Today is Day 4 of the 12 Days of Endive!
One of my favorite things about endive is how versatile it is—there is a wide variety of ways to use it raw and cooked. One of my favorite ways to use it raw is as a replacement to tortilla chips when I’m eating dip, or as an addition to a dip and vegetable tray. Endive leaves are sturdy enough to scoop up dip, and the crunch and flavor of the leaves is fabulous with all sorts of flavors. Today I’m sharing 12 different recipes for dips that would be delicious served with fresh crisp endive leaves:
- White Bean, Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Hummus from Budget Gourmet Mom
- Grandma Denny’s Original Vegetable Dip from Kalyn’s Kitchen
- White Bean Dip with Chives from Tokyo Terrace
- Pineapple Salsa from Two Peas and Their Pod
- Artichoke Dip from Bell’alimento
- Spicy Chipotle Hummus All Day I Dream About Food
- Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Dip (Muhammara) from Healthy Green Kitchen
- Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Cream Cheese Spread from Cookin’ Canuck
- Tomatillo Avocado Dip from What’s Gaby Cooking
- Cheesy Roasted Red Pepper Dip from How Sweet It Is
- Chili Cheese Black Bean Dip from Pinch of Yum
- Roasted Sweet Potato and Toasted Sage Dip from Aida Mollenkamp

What an amazing assortment of dips! Every one looks mouth wateringly good. Super Bowl, here we come!
Thanks for the mention, and I do love the idea of using endive as “chips” for dipping, brilliant!
Looking forward to meeting you are Camp Blogaway!
Yes, that should say “AT” Camp Blogaway!
I’m researching dip ideas, so I’m super glad I saw one of your tweets and a post on the Discover Endive site. I am a total newb to endive and am looking forward to getting to know this “skinny dipper” well.
