Now that we are in serious holiday mode (how is it that it is already November?), I’m sure that things around your neck of the woods are just as crazy as they are here! I love this time of year. I love the changing colors of the leaves, the crisp snap in the air, the scent of fires burning in fireplaces, and the flavors of fall. I am not so crazy about the frenzied pace that life takes. Remember that chili I shared last month? Well I cooked it yesterday on KSL’s Studio 5. It is the perfect dinner for those days where you’ve got way too much going on, but you still want to feed your family. Hop on over and have a watch!

My New England American self feels very much in Thanksgiving mode but my Australian exterior says, “Hey, it’s summer!”
My inner American wins and we just sweat with the oven on. :)
Your video is great and the pumpkin chili sounds delicious.

Rosa
