We are having a ton of family come over, including my brother who is flying in from Washington. I can’t wait!! We plan on making a fire in our fire pit in the backyard for roasting hot dogs (and s’mores later, of course!), cooking burgers and veggies on the grill, and having a variety of salads. What’s on the menu for your Fourth of July celebrations this coming Monday? I’ve got a recipe for the perfect macaroni salad to include in your lineup—a Hawaiian-style macaroni salad that I’ve added California avocados to.
