Black sesame oat milk is rich and creamy, reminiscent of peanut butter, but with its own earthy twist.
Drain and rinse the soaked sesame seeds.
Add the sesame seeds to the blender along with the other ingredients. Blend on high until the milk is smooth and creamy.
Strain the milk using a nutmilk bag or a sieve lined with a double layer of cheesecloth, or pour the milk through a fine mesh sieve several times.
You can serve the milk immediately, chill it first, or gently warm it and serve it like a hot cocoa.
