A Mt. Fuji Day and Adventures in Rice Cereal

in Uncategorized

So a couple of days ago we had what I call a “Mt. Fuji Day”, where the air is clear enough that you can see Mt. Fuji. On such a day we have a perfect view of my namesake from the balcony outside of our front door. Sigh. I look forward to those days. It’s no wonder that Mt. Fuji has become a symbol of Japan–what a magnificent sight.

My daughter turned 6 months old this past Saturday. As you can see she is not too upset about it. We just started her on rice cereal this past week, and as you can see, she is not too upset about that either!
