Did you know that June is California Avocado Month? Woohoo!!! Oh darn, I guess I have to eat more avocados this month. (Yeah right, like I actually need an excuse!) My newest recipe that I developed for the California Avocado Commission is up on The Scoop, a fruit salad inspired by my travels in Asia! I just returned yesterday from a trip to Bali, and the flavors in this salad were just reinforced by that trip. They use a ton of coconut, lime, and fruits in their cooking, all of which are represented in this salad. With it being June, it is time to picnic people!
