Have you ever had a cauliflower steak before? I know they’ve been around for a while now, but if you haven’t had one yet, you should! I love them. I’m sharing a bit of a twist on cauliflower steak over on California Avocado’s blog, The Scoop. These cauliflower steaks are roasted with a mashed avocado mixture, instead of oil and dressed with an avocado gremolata (a classic Italian condiment). Hop on over and grab the recipe!

tried today, only 2 middle steaks held the shape, the rest fell apart. Maybe next time I will just separate florets instead of slicing
