The highlight of my day today was a walk around our neighborhood. We walked over to Arisugawa Park, about a 6 minute walk from our house, so that Squirrel could look at the ducks.

It was quite cold later in the afternoon when we were out on our walk, so we stopped at Segafredo Cafe to grab hot cocoa–mmmm!
Random fact that I heard today: It is illegal to intentionally attempt to give someone a cold here in Japan. It is punishable up to 12 months in jail and 200,000 yen.

Oopps… and to think, I was threatening my students that if they were noisy while I had my awful flu recently, that I would just breathe on them. They were dead silent all class ;)
