Making tofu is just like making a simple cheese—you heat soy milk, then add a coagulant to separate the milk into curds and whey. You then ladle the curds into a mold to press them into a block of cheese, or in this case, tofu! I’ve written about making tofu before here on LFM, but today I’m going into a bit more depth in hopes of helping you out and showing you just how easy tofu making is! I am sharing a tutorial on how to make your own tofu, including lots of information about the different coagulants that can be used, and a video tutorial over on Eating Rules for October Unprocessed! So head on over and check it out!
